Pricing Policy
Retainer Fee: $20 non-refundable retainer fee due at the time of the confirmed booking via Venmo @Kaela_Irby or alternative arrangements agreed upon. This will go toward your session’s total balance.
Rescheduling Policy: 48-hour notice must be given prior to the scheduled session time/date. The rescheduled session must be agreed upon and completed within two months of the original session date. If not, the retainer fee is non-refundable and the session will be canceled.
Cancellation Policy*: 48-hour notice must be given prior to the scheduled session time/date. The retainer fee is non-refundable. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis.

Individual
Also known as Portraits. This is great for anyone wanting to do a photo session for themselves! #TreatYourSelf. Whether it is celebrating a milestone, looking for professional photos, or another particular reason, this is a great option that provides a lot of versatility.
60 minutes for $80
Couple
This selection is defined as a photo session that includes two people, such as two friends, two neighbors, or any type of relationship involving two people.
60 minutes for $120
Family
Family sessions include up to 5 people. There is a $20 charge for each additional person.
90 minutes for $200
Fantasy
Let your fantasy come true! This selection is one of our favorites to showcase your unique self in any genre, any style. Bringing props, accessories, and costumes is highly encouraged to elevate your session.
60 minutes for $100
Graduation
Kindergarten, High School, College, Specialty School, or Military graduation? We would love to freeze this celebratory moment in time! Bringing props and accessories is highly encouraged to elevate your session.
60 minutes for $80
Maternity
Mom’s to be - or maybe a fun dad/partner maternity session - or both! Bringing props and accessories is highly encouraged to elevate your session.
90 minutes for $120
Sports
This selection is for a sports-themed session for one person. There is a $20 charge for each additional person (up to four additions) that will be required to select the 60-minute package. If interested in capturing live games or teams, please send me an email to discuss pricing and terms.
